A Tibetan Buddhist prayer wheel featuring a repoussé metal cylinder with embossed mantra script on a turned wooden handle.

Key Features: 

• The Spacer Disc: The distinct, off-white ring sitting directly between the metal cylinder and the wooden handle is typically made of bone, horn, or shell. This configuration is classic for traditional mid-20th-century artisan builds from Nepal and Tibet.
  
  
• Embossed Script Style: The lettering on the drum is rendered in standard Ranjana script. The casting style and the specific level of wear show it was moulded by local Himalayan craftsmen using traditional casting methods rather than modern high-precision machinery.

• Handle Wear and Patina: The piece has a well-worn wooden handle with a natural patina and a classic embossed metal cylinder, putting its style inline with mid-to-late 20th-century vintage examples. The dark discolouration on the upper section of the turned wood handle indicates authentic handling over several decades.
