A wonderful Edison Type 103 Model K Electric Cap Lamp battery (circa 1931) paired with a Bakelite Nife Miners Lamp. These are mounted on a vintage Hard Boiled Helmet made from layers of canvas and glue that are steamed and pressed. Hard Boiled helmets were the first hard miners helmets based on World War I army helmets.
