A striking hand-carved serving spoon, made from what appears to be natural horn (likely buffalo horn), with a sculpted dragon forming the handle. The dragon is finished with fine incised detailing: overlapping scales running the length of the body, a flared crest and whiskers, and cut-through openings that give the handle real depth and character.
