Featuring an exquisitely etched blade adorned with flowing Art Nouveau floral tendrils and a finely serrated edge, this versatile piece was traditionally crafted for slicing delicate fruits, melons, or spreading butter at high tea.
The handle is crafted from beautifully preserved ivorine (an early, highly collectible celluloid faux-ivory popular in the late Victorian and Edwardian eras), offering a classic cream color with a smooth, authentic feel. A highly ornate, embossed silver ferrule connects the blade to the handle, showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship of the era.
