Prop Hire
It's time to make a movie!
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for our prop rental program, you must provide proof of employment, student status, or a range of experience in the entertainment industry, including experience in film, television, theater, or events. Additionally, the individual booking the props will be required to submit identification to us.
Step 1: Choose your items
You have the option to browse online or visit our store (recommended) to select the pieces you wish to hire. Inform us of the dates you require them. Our rental charges are based on 7-day periods, commencing from the pickup date.
Step 2: Payment & Safety Deposit
Upon contacting us, you will be required to settle the agreed-upon rental fee, along with a security deposit equivalent to the full retail value of the items, which will be reimbursed upon their return. Payment must be made via bank transfer, and items cannot be released from our possession until both the payment and deposit have been received. Our rental charges are set at 10% of the item's retail price per week, with discounted rates available for bulk rentals. Given that we operate as a retail shop, the pickup date must fall within 3 days of payment confirmation. Prior to payment, items may be sold at any time, and if you exceed the 3-day limit (become overdue), the items will be made available for retail sale until retrieved. In such cases, if the items are sold, no refunds will be issued.
Step 3: Delivery
You are accountable for arranging the delivery and return of props within the rental period you select, as well as ensuring the safety of the goods during transportation. While we can suggest delivery companies, we do not assume responsibility for their services.
Step 4: Returning items
After being returned, all items will undergo inspection. If they remain in their original condition, your safety deposit will be refunded. However, any damaged items will result in deductions from the refund, meaning you will be responsible for covering the full cost of the item.
